well i did my true test again.

    2-6-12

    i am down to 239.5
    170 pounds of lean
and down to 29% body fat
that puts me down 3% from last time which was 6 weeks ago with 9 poundof fat loss
man this is going slow, this pound a week thing kind of sucks but everyone keeps telling me it is the right way to do it.
only 14% of my body fat left to go to get to where i want to be. my goals may change once i get there but for now 15% is my goal.

Just remember you are leaner than 29% ... you forgot to factor in your skeletal weight....did you get these numbers from a physical calculation or from a bio-impedance machine?

these number came from what they call the bod pod. it is a machine that well i am not sure how it works but it is supposed to be very accurate.

i do know this i am getting stronger, i am looking different and i feel pretty good.

That is a bio-impedance unit then .... just remember that the % that it gives you is more relative of core body fat than over all body fat. I know with the most B.I machines the conversion is about 80% until you reach close to 10% then its pretty close. Therefore if it said you were 29% you are actually probably at roughly 23%. Good to hear your progress... its slow but just keep pushing!

    ^^^ Dumb idea. :p

But in reality, posting/making goals is good! I'm just fucking with Sean.

Remember to make the gym a habit, a lifestyle. It'll be come easier to make and find time for that lifestyle.

This. For me, it's not a hobby, a sport or just a lifestyle. It's an addiction!

I was given some good advice cause I felt like I had no time either. But if you can't make time now and strive to do it now, then when you have time you won't want to. May not apply here but thats how it was for me. So I got my butt in the gym.

I'll have to do that!

There IS always time..instead of being on TW, FB,watching tv, etc you can be in the gym. The show I did last April I was a F/T manager, F/T husband, F/T father, and F/T student and still trained and dieted to secure top 3 places in both divisions. There IS time
