I figured for what I do for work and the fact I suck at cooking and hate spending a full day just bowling chicken, I'd get 56 meals, two a day for 28 days. Gives me some good middle of the work day easy stuff and dinner for when I get home. The rest of the time, I can go out and eat, buy a smoked salmon here and there, a protein shake etc or just fucking starve, I don't care....its better then eating my own bowled chicken shit. LOL!

(not really but that stuff doesn't taste good)

have any of you seen this website before?

    http://madbarz.com/all-routines

i have been looking around at some alternative workouts because of my elbows being sore and my buddy mentioned this. some of these guys are beasts and not even a dumbbell being lifted.

there is a ton of different workouts to do and you could also just make up your own with all different exercises.

i tried this workout today http://www.madbarz.com/all-routines/view-image/dcc0173c5d0a862c5af36340c93f6618/jpg and it was pretty tough, also wasn't hard on my elbows.

anyway, something a little different then just lifting....

Heard that. To get all your daily meals from bb, it'd be expensive as hell and I can't, as I am a broke college student haha. Only 1 year to go! I absolutely hate cooking all day too. Hopefully the bb meals don't taste bad. They usually are on point with their products, so let us know!

All you do is just put in your whey protein powder, plus a few more things and mix. If it saves me money, I'm gonna do it. $100/month on Serious Mass is expensive! Although Serious Mass is some good shit!

Yeah, I usually do mine with whole milk on my off days. I usually get chocolate, but I just got banana last week and it's pretty good. Kinda sweet, so I throw some peanut butter in there to get rid of that. I've tried them all, except strawberry. Have you had it?
