Im pretty sure it was 2011 becuase n.o. explode had most f all the preworkouts in 2010. This is the original formula too which is why my boss and I have kept it locked up just waiting for the right time.

Is it? The first bottles I bought didn't have the "university studied" label, IIRC
And there was only the red one.

Either way, it sucks now. Haha

    Edit:
I remember....the first one had Theophyline in it, which pissed my pediatrician father off when he read the label

My favorite are triceps dips (different from chest dips), overhead triceps extensions, rope or bar push-downs, and close grip/reverse grip bench. All in the 10-12 rep range. I don't get anything from skull-crushers, so I don't really do them. Dips are the ones that make me the sorest. Put a weight belt on with a big 45 and go to max on 3-4 sets...you'll be done!

    Heard dat

I've been wanting to try the Arnold Signature Series stuff. I'm sure it's over-priced, just like Ronnie Coleman's Signature Series stuff haha.

And protein coffee? Now, I've seen it all...I'd drink the mess out of it though. I've never tried Jack3d. I've never been really big on pre-workouts, but I've got a tub of Assault on stand-by for leg and lazy days. From what I've heard, Jack3d is like crack haha...shit gets ya pumped. Where do you work? I work at a gym here in GA

I've seen a lot of his videos and he's a damn beast.

"Suspicious package" you didn't have on skinny jeans, did you?

That's how I am with my protein scoops:

I work at GNC. Best thing about MP Assault is how clean of a product it is. A lot of college athletes switched to this line but ive heard nothing but negatives about how the preworkout doesnt work well. Then again a lot of people who come back after using it were already taking c4, the old jack3d, or the old N.O. Also another great preworkout that will give you a great pump is N-zero by Cellucor. Dont let the price scare you for 30 servings, its compared to 2 scoops of c4 and will give you a more energy that lasts the entire workout.

Dropped down to 162 in weight and benched 255 on my 6th set Monday. Felt good and I think I could have went much higher if I had not done reps before

Ha my pre-workout 99% of the time is coffee, but sometimes I need that extra boost and MP gets it done everytime. Quality products.

162 benching 255...that's pretty damn good, man! I'm 40 lbs heavier than you and only benching 20 more lbs. I feel like a bitch haha
