Body weight 181.3 right before lifting. No straps. Old school tape on the shins for a little scratch assistance, and my trusty Toro Bravo lever belt.
The gym I was at today has large bumper gorilla plates. That's all that we could squeeze on the bar. Plus did "Bring Sally Up" squats twice yesterday. Hips are shot from that.

Well light in the sense that I did not do the usual assistance work after my deads. Usually do some safety squat bar or camber bar weighted good mornings, deficit stiff legs or deficit banded speed work, stiff leg work and the westside barbell reverse hyper. Usually spend a solid 2+ hours working the dead.

Soon as the paycheck hits, I'm gonna be getting the B Elite Fuel meal plan from BB.com.

Prolly gonna get two 48 meal packs...try to get 3 meals in a day for 30 days along with shakes.

I've been experiencing a growth in the lower abdomen area, still got a visible 6 pack, but been eating out way too much.

I know with where I'm at in life and my work, prepping meals, cooking, etc...that shit sucks. When I can grab three of these boxes, head off to work and only take 21 minutes a day to prep...yea, I'll spend the money.

I calculated it out, I spend 30 bucks on average when I go out to eat and sometimes that's the only meal I have on work days, other times I spend more or less...and going out 3-4 times a week...well its a little more expensive and less healthy than this plan.

That's roughly 480 bucks per month alone on going out. Add in snacks, and buying food, that's about 800+...a month....on a bad diet.

Going with 2 48 meal packs...666 bucks @ 3 meals day, macro nutrient dense, measured portions= 7.40 per meal

Why not just hire a coach for 12 weeks that can design your plan to your specific needs/goals? BB.com can't do that....

I would love to do that, but man, that's so expensive. I spend $50 a week on my food and it takes me 30 mins every Sunday to prep. I used to make salads and all that crap, but to cut down on time, I stick to mostly canned vegetables now. The most time-consuming part of meal prep for me is waiting on the chicken and tilapia to thaw. I'll admit, meal prepping sucks ass, but $200/month beat da fuq out of $666 month. But hey, if you've got the money and don't have the time, have at it!

We spend around $120 for the 3 of us..most if the food is mine though lol.

Cuz....this takes the time and guess work out of it. And you'd have to hire the trainer on top of buying your food, so depending on how much they want, you're out another 500-600+. I think I'll start off with "my body needs food" and this will be more and better food then I am currently getting.

Zach, it looks expensive but it's really not that bad. Honestly, if I was spending 200 a month on food, I wouldn't be getting nearly enough food into my system.

I don't know where you shop, but 200 bucks would be about a weeks worth of meals for me.

I think yall missing the point, being in law enforcement sucks for diets. most cops i know eat out, they don't have time to cook after a 12 hour shift and bring their smelly ass boxes of food with them.(unless you ronnie coleman).

Also depends on how you wanna eat too Kodiak is getting super clean meals.... where as maybe your chicken is Tyson (just giving an example). Tyson is full of hormones and other shit... canned veggies aren't also ideal because a lot of the nutrients are gone..... Just depends on goals and what not. I shop at Sprouts (whole food type of place). Everything is hormone free and you can either get the organic stuff (if I was made of money I would lol) or just regular farmers stuff. I spend about $60 a week on...

    Chicken tenders ~ 2 lbs = $12
    3 Bell Peppers = $3
Sweet potatoes 3 = price varies but I'd say about $1.29 a lb
Red potatoes 4 = price varies but I'd say about $1 a lb
    Almond milk = ~$4
whole wheat bread @ costco = $4 for two
    bag of salmon @ costco = ~$20
Rice is bought in bulk and I haven't bought it in awhile so I couldnt tell you
then a bunch of green veggies - I dont price match this because its a necessity

That's just lunch and pre workout - which is ~46 and ill add an extra $14 for veggies

dinner is provided by the parents for the time being since Im temporarily at home and breakfast is serious mass haha
