Well, I did the bizzy workout today (http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/the-bizzy-diet.html)

I'm not doing the diet or supplement part, just the workout. I opted out of the diet b/c I already eat clean and about 8 times as much as the diet calls for lol. I'm not doing the supplement part b/c I only take creatine and protein with the occasional pre-workout

Anyway, on to the workout portion. I did workout A (upper body) today. I even went as far as doing the HIIT cardio...first time I've done cardio in about a year lol; it wasn't as bad as I thought it would be b/c it's split up into walk a minute, run a minute for 20 mins. The workout itself went by fast, but was hard! Each exercise was 2 sets of 20 reps, but you just do one set at a time, like a super set, but with 5 exercises.

1st set of 20:
barbell bench press: 135 lbs.
one dumbbell row: 35 lbs.
standing barbell military press: 95 lbs.
barbell curl: 60 lbs.
triceps dumbbell kickback: 30 lbs.

2nd set of 20:
barbell bench press: 135 lbs.
one dumbbell row: 35 lbs.
standing barbell military press: 85 lbs.
barbell curl: 60 lbs.
triceps dumbbell kickback: 30 lbs.

The only thing I had to go down on weight on was the military press. I took a before pic and it's a mirror pic...don't call me gay haha. So, I'm gonna see if I lose fat. Current stats: 203 lbs, 24 years old, ~15%bf, 34" waist, 16" arms, bench press: 285.



EDIT: I just realized how fucking exhausted I look in that picture. Proof that the workout kicked my ass lol
