Still kinda screwed from yesterday so I went for a hike instead. 2.5 miles 900ft elevation took me 2 hours.

Really wanted to max on flat today. Not a single person in the gym besides me right now. Decided to do heavy weight low rep...ended up puttin on 265 and tryin it anyway...

I've gotten 275 before, but on decline. 265 on flat wasn't pretty, but it went up, luckily. I know it was a dumb move, but I was pretty certain I could get it. Threw up 245 3 times pretty easy.

you will never know your limit unless you fail, plus you can always roll the bar down to your junk and sit up if you really eat it.

Yeah I did 3 sets of drop weight started at 255 @ 8 reps 205 @ 8 185 @ 6 reps. Drop 20lbs start on the next two sets. Kinda sad as I did 275 3@8 not but a minth and a half ago. But now the new goal is 315. I've also been off the protein as well though

At least I got the protein shake in this morning. 1/2 cup organic strawberry yogurt, 5 fresh strawberries, whole banana, cup of milk, healthy dallop of organic honey peanut butter, and protein powder.
