I rarely have cheat meals, but on Saturday's I have a few whiskey and waters. ~45 calories, 0 carbs. My cheating usually comes from Mexican food, hot wings, and pizza about once every 2-3 weeks. Luckily, I can 'cheat' on my carb ups every Saturday, as long as the food is low in fat.

Couple months ago, I struggled to get 265 for 1 on flat bench. I'm workin off of a max that's heavier than my actual max, and today called for 4 sets of 3 at 200, 225, 255, 255. First 2 were easy. That first set of 255 was rough, but I got all 3. Second set of 255 was easier than the first somehow. :notsure: I was proud of myself. Wanted to pay myself on the back for that one. Any way, got 255 for all 6 then roasted my shoulders. Can't lift my arms to get my deer tenderloin to my mouth.

Also, tried this after I got done

Terrible taste. All they had was coconut. I don't recommend it. Maybe another flavor is better.

Started going to the gym about 4-5 months ago. Could barely bench 135. Now I rep 165 and can max 225 pretty proud of myself. Met this guy today, he showed me this crazy fast paced bicep work out. My biceps were toast after that.

Yea, usually just like 3 or 4 bottles at a time. They're selling all the Isopure supps, so they wanted to get somethin in store for people to try. They chose the wrong flavor.
