    I'm supposed to be doing another workout today, but I'm just not feeling it. I don't see how in the hell do two-a-days...I'm struggling to do 4-a-weeks

    Your a failure sack !!! Had to do 2 a days back in high school for football, you have to get you're body use to it just like waking up at 5am to go to the gym

    Haha the only reason I'm having to double up today is because I skipped a day already and gotta make up for it. Saturday is my make-up day, but I'm not lifting on my bday lol

    haha I know, but I was off Tues & Wed and HATE coming to workout when I'm off b/c I always get stuck here. My boss is notorious for just dipping out

    I would think the day after would be the better day to skip. Pump the tshirt muscles, eat/drink what ever you want. Then just sleep the next day. :D

    I'm not sure about square feet, but I'd say maybe the size of a restaurant or so lol. We've got a fitness room, a tanning bed, a smoothie counter, a cardio area with treadmills, elliptical, and bikes, a machine area, and a free weight area.

    haha heard that. I might come in Saturday morning...good thinkin

    That's why never do any cardio...besides "cardio" cardio, which I don't think is too detrimental to my gainzzzz...plus, it's a good ab workout :p
