    i don't usually read the gym/workout thread. but this is so damn true. i honestly don't understand crossfit but the people that do it talk about it ALL THE TIME. and, is it standard to take a picture of everybody together at the end of a crossfit workout? i'm kinda joking, but i'm actually kinda serious. my facebook thread is always filled with photos of groups of people after they've completed a crossfit workout together.
