When I get stuck at a number, I like to overload the bar with something I know I can't get. For instance, when I got stuck trying to get 275, I would load the bar with 285 or 295 and try it (and fail, of course). After a few weeks, I went back to 275 and threw it up like it was nothing. I do this every time I get stuck at a number and I usually pass that number within 3-4 weeks. At 295 right now.

so I am seriously just starting to get back into the gym. I love it when I finally get back into the routine but its such a pain when it gets interrupted. Anyone else swim for cardio?

I see you're in Orange Co. My fiance has cousins in HB that we visit every few summers. Love it out there.

 

HB is killer. If it wasn't for the politics, most of the people, and high cost of living it would be paradise. Main street can be a lot of fun down there

 

Yeah, we always go to the spot where there's like a huge surf shop, a big pier, and restaurants. Love riding bikes all over the place, too....can't do that here in GA (too many 10+ mile stretches of road). The thing that sticks out the most is eating at Munchies pizza at like 3 am drunk as hell lol
