    but........
More likely you have a longer period than an hour, but there is probably a time limit of some sort.

I dunno if it's true or not, but I'm of the belief that timing isn't important at all. As long as daily protein needs are met by the end of the day, I'm good. That being said, I do drink a shake immediately after working out just b/c I always have.

Also, just took dat pre-workout. My chestntris are still sore as shit from Tuesday's workout. Gonna hit backnbis today, so I know they're gonna be sore tomorrow. Gonna wait until Saturday to do legs, so that I'll have Sun and the Mon holiday to recover, as I already know walking is gonna be a chore....nothing a little Memorial Day booze can't knock right out, though :D

Yeah I am always fucking hungry after a workout, so I usually cook dinner right away.

Day before yesterday was legs and they were sore so I did sprint intervals on the bike before lifting yesterday, now they are really sore. Yesterday was back n triceps, not sure what today is. I am gone all weekend in northern california at my folks ranch. The wife is staying behind and will be slamming it while I am gone.

We are drinking and "having fun" tonight  A brut champagne because it has no carbs and you can get damned buzzed off a bottle. lol

I love firing up and putting down some miles on my road bike. Usually I don't for lifting.

naw braw its all natural so it can't be. Plus if you smoke out of a bong it filters out all the bad shit..... hahaha sorry I had to say that. I know its bad for you but its not as bad as all the chemicals in cigarettes, although regardless hot ash and smoke in your lungs is not good. I'm sure there are a lot of people that burn one post work out.

I usually will right before I go swimming. It lets me just swim and not concentrate on what I'm doing. I tend to get into a zone when I do.
