    The better coast
Dirt is not a vegetable :p

We have a perfect slope in my backyard for it....but my dog would destroy it. He has already dug out the dirt round the bushes that are there to the point where my parents just dgaf about that area of the yard anymore.

Haha there are plants there, it's just a crappy photo. We've got tomatoes, okra, cucumbers, squash, beans, a few different peppers, and watermelon.

If you really wanted to do it, you could put up an electric fence around it. Just get some wire, posts, and a car battery and it'll keep everything out.

I'd have a garden out at my parents but the deer would eat everything. It would take a pretty high fence to keep them out too.

Luckily, our neighbors' dog pin is about 50 yds from our garden, so their dogs scare away most intruders. We also keep our deer fed year round in our field via food plots, so they have no need to steal our food

Started my new workout today. I was just going through the motions on my old one and have been doing the same type of stuff for like 6 months, so I decided to switch it up. Today was chest. I was pouring sweat 10 mins into it. You only get 30 secs between each set. I even did my cardio afterwards! Here's what I did today:

decline bench press: 10 sets of 3: started out at 245 and ended up at 185 by the last set

alternating dumbbell bench press (this was my first time doing this and it was very difficult b/c you're only doing 1 arm at a time and balancing is kind of tricky at first): 6 sets of 5 w/ 60 lb. dumbbell

leverage chest press: 5 sets of 6 @ 140 lbs

    machine flys: 3 sets of 10 @ 150 lbs

svend press (this was another first for me and I recommend everyone try it, as it hits a lot of muscle groups):2 sets of 15 holding 2 10 lb. weights

single-arm top cable fly: ascending reps (you do 2 reps with the right arm, 2 with the left, 4 reps with the right, 4 with the left, and keep adding 2 reps per side until you hit 10 reps for a total of 30 reps) @ 30 lbs. on each side

    Tabata jumprope

    25 minutes LISS stationary bike

    Very grueling workout!

Haha the deer here just got used to the dogs i think. They walk right by the fence when they are barking. They only come around at night though so the dogs are inside most the time.

I am headed in to do some shoulders and back right now then I am gonna go fish for a bit :)

ha I definitely pamper my dog...he's in bed with us at night! The neighbors are the assholes whose dogs stay outside 24/7 and bark when they see a fucking bird. Luckily, they're far enough away to not be too annoying. The deer here fear everything because they know they'll get a cap popped in their ass (only in season, of course :D ) if they slip up.
