Do this exact workout and you'll feel like shit tomorrow (in a good way)

This is the workout program I'm doing right now and, although I'm only still in the first week, everything is sore!

Regular deload to me just feel like im wasting time, doing isolation is so much easier on the body so it's kinda like deload.

    Lulz

Why not reduce the weight and just chase the pump for the week...IMHO, u are constantly training for max efforts...u are taxing the shit out of ur CNS doing so...especially doing so natty...we can't keep up with the big boys like that...again, just my opinion...I've been on enough fitness boards (like the REAL ones...RXMuscle, etc where all talk goes) and have learned quite a bit...granted, I've only been 'really' training for 4 years, so I'm constantly learning, but just some observance...

    315x3

    Pendlay rows
    135x10x2
    185x10x2
    135x10

    Seated cable rows
    120x10

How does the reverse lat pull down differ from the normal lat pulldown?

It's like doing reverse grip on anything: curls, triceps pull downs, bench press: it just hits different parts of the muscle and uses slightly different muscles

idk everytime i use reverse grip i feel it in my back a whole lot more, with normal grip i feel like my forearm is working too much and it's hard for me to drive with the elbows.

seated cable rows, with a 30lb dumbell under your ass, pull towards your lower abs, hits my lats like crazy everytime.

The best lat workouts for me are v-grip and wide-grip pull-downs, wide grip pull-ups, v-grip rows, bent over barbell rows, and t-bar rows
