Since I'm leaving for the beach tomorrow and my new workout plan is 6 days on, 1 day off, I doubled up today to get them all in before I turn into an alcoholic, fried-fish eating machine for 6 days.

I did today's scheduled shoulder workout, as well as tomorrow's arm workout and skipped the tabata and cardio because I was tired as fuq after all that shit!

    Shoulders:

    clean and press: 8 sets of 3 @ 135, 2 sets of 3 @ 115
dumbbell lat raises: 6 sets of 5 w/ 30 lb dumbbells
dumbbell front raises: 5 sets of 6 w/ 20 lb dumbbells
dumbbell shrugs: 3 sets of 10 w/ 100 lb dumbbells
seated dumbbell military press: 2 sets of 15 w/ 20 lb dumbbells
dumbbell front upright rows: 1 set of 30 w/ 25 lb dumbbells (ascending reps)

    Arms:

Triset #1: (3 sets of all three workouts back-to-back-to-back w/ no rest)

    skull-crushers: 3 sets of 10 @ 75 lbs
standing barbell curl: 3 sets of 10 @ 65 lbs
leg press calve raises: 3 sets to max @ 295 lbs

    Triset #2:

rope push down: 3 sets lbs per rep (60 lbs = 60 reps)
cable curls: 3 sets lbs per rep (40 lbs = 40 reps)
seated calve raise: as many as you can do in 1 min @ 110 lbs

    Triset #3:

reverse grip pushdowns: 3 sets lbs per rep (60 lbs = 60 reps)
rope hammer curls: 3 sets lbs per rep (30 lbs = 30 reps)
calve raises: as many as you can do in 1 min @ 200 lbs

    FUCKIN DONE SON!

    You're gay.

I went through 5 national parks, 9 states, went to two dams and traveled 5000 miles in 7 days. Didn't have time to fish Lol!

Looks like come August I'm gonna be out for a while. Found out last night that I need surgery on my shoulder from a motocross injury 5 years ago. Gonna have some ligaments reattached and bone spurs shaved off of my rotator cuff. Doc said it could take 4-6 months before I could start doing my normal workouts again... Anyone have shoulder surgery before? If so, what was recovery like?
