    Thanks much Stormtrooper, errr KC.

Not starving myself, at least not yet. I used to eat 2 candy bars a day at work, not good plus that I have a desk job. I haven't snacked yet but should I feel the need I keep my box of Cheerios handy..better than empty calories and crap.

I usually have a day off, I don't plan for one per se but I try to make sure it's a day I do other physical stuff like yardwork, swimming laps in my pool, etc.

So far I'm down 15 pounds. Was down 17 but I went up 2 the past couple of days. I don't really see it but my wife believes my legs have a little more muscle to them which might be part of it.

I don't count calories per se..but I can guess that I take in about 1500 a day or so. That right there is good. Chopping out 1500 calories of junk (regular soda) is helping a lot too I'd wager.

Scale is a poor judge of anything...so I've discovered. Rarely do I step on one.

    Ah yes, because BMI....

Knew a few people that were above measurements on the neck but worked out on a consistent basis and were by no means over BMI...kind of a messed up situation.

Ha. My problem is I either way over or undershoot my calories, so I either get fat or too skinny unless I have a daily limit

Story of my life. All of mine and my fiancee's friends eat like pure crap 24/7, so I succumb a few times every week :anonymous:

If I didn't track, I'd have 18" arms...........and a 56" waist....I try to stay as big as possible and keep my girlish waistline, as well

Finally got my first post-surgery workout in today and it was glorious. Started back on my 4 day split. Today was shoulders and tri's. Between going 8 days without lifting and the psychological mindfuck that cutting puts me in, I feel flat and tiny, especially in my chest. Words cannot describe how ready I am to begin bulking again. I know everyone who cuts goes through the mental pitfalls of felling small, but man does it suck! My arms feel like twigs. Shirts that used to fit tight are all loose and shit...it's horrible. I've gone from 16" arms to 15" and I never realized how much of a difference 1" makes (giggidy). I've lost a total of 20 lbs and I'm pretty sure 19 of it was muscle lol. I'll probably be around 175 when the bulk begins at the beginning of August. The ultimate goal is 17" arms, to add 1-2" on my legs, no higher than 12% bf, and benching 315.
