Water will make it not quite as thick. Definitely throw it in a blender if you don't already. That helps a lot, too.

That'll help. It was how I was able to tolerate my casein shakes. I had casein, whey, and 2 scoops of chocolate/vanilla ice cream in whole milk. It was delicious. And helped me gain some weight :D

Blenders are a godsend for protein shakes. You can pretty much throw anything in there and it tastes awesome. On my bulks I eat a lot of fruit I'm not too crazy about, but blending them in a shake makes it good.

Casein is so thick because it's insoluble (it doesn't dissolve), so I always had to mix it with milk. Now, I just eat a Greek yogurt and a cheese stick before bed. Casein is in all forms of dairy and dairy is cheaper than casein powder and tastes better, IMO.

I think that could be determined upon close inspection and a cavity search along with some anal probing.

    199 lbs, 9-10% body fat, 4100 Cal a day, 500+ carbs, 200g+ protein and 130-140g fat.

I workout every possible day I can.

Sups are MAXXTor from Max muscle, astravar 2.0, NO BULL from muscle meds, my protein shakes range from muscle egg to iron mass to nutramedz crave protein. I also take a multi strength training vita pack from gnc, alpha amino from cellucor and I just picked up M5 from cellucor as a pre intra and post Carb sup. For my fast acting carbs post I usually eat a banana or a poptart, sometimes at the end of a massive leg day, I'll have 4-6 oreos. I eat red meat dark chicken, drink lots of milk and have multiple bags of jerky a week. Eggs are a staple as well as bacon and bagels and peanut putter (Adams natural creamy).

In the next 5 months, I'm hoping to put on 10 lbs. Yea, 2 lbs a month. The caloric intake may go up. We'll see how it goes.
