Yeah, that made me a little ashamed. But, it happens in every sport (or for those of you who don't think CrossFit is a sport, it happens in every event that requires judging). Judges are just people, and people make mistakes. I think it looks WAY worse for that athlete. She knows that was a no-rep. Lame.

I'd suggest doing presses with the BB first. It's like going in to do legs and squat last, well you aren't going to max very well lol. That is the ultimate builder in strength as it's the BB... Work on getting that strength up and the DB presses will rise!

 

BTW BB.com must have a warehouse where i live, i ordrered the supps last night, and it was here today, fucking 16 hours later.

 

I think they have at least three....one there, one on the east coast and one in Idaho.

I've been really getting into deadlifts (200% of my body weight for reps) and power cleans into a standing military press (so far up to 88% of my body weight for 2). My goal is to be able to power clean and military press my body weight. Been lovin those Olympic lifts. Anyone else been doing these? I feel these are more functional exercises than traditional push/ press gym lifts.
