i think at your age the best you can do is to train hard, not just hard, heavy and you have to be consistent, when i was your age i was starting Defensive tackle for our football team, all i did was eating tons of meat, sleep as much as i can and work out as hard as i can, we use to do 2 hours of lifting each morning starting at 6am before class starts then 4 hours of practice after school, which for us linemen were pretty much beating the shit outta each other for 2 hours and 2 more hours of drills/HIIT type cardio. if i had to guess i slept around 9 hours a day, ate anywhere from 5500-8000 calories. i was 205 as a freshmen who didn't lift and just had natural strength, i couldn't bench 135 and barely squatted 225. as a senior i was 280 squatted 405 benched 225 and deadlifted 405(terrible form), and all that was with no supps.

I feel like your not quite informed about supplements, but you want to make gains as quickly as possible and you think supps are the answer... They're not. If you have everything else right they will help, but it is way more important to get your diet and workouts right first. Check out Bodybuilding.com's workouts, diet plans, and their teen forum. Try to learn as much as you can. I highly suggest starting with the basics, and adapt as much as you can to what you need. Jim Stoppini's 12 weeks to size is a good workout plan with a good bulking diet (and supplement plan because I'm assuming you're going to start taking something soon no matter who tells you not to.)

Heard that. That's why I'm staying only 500 calories above maintenance the whole bulk, rather than going nuts and eating everything in sight.

THIS. I wont take anything that I cant explain to someone on how it works and why you should take it or cycle it or shouldnt take it... People say bodybuilders are stupid. But really, most of them are freaking smart, they know how things work with what. Knowledge is power and power is gains!
