That's basically what a stim free pre is. Hardly any have sugar these days. Some maybe a little NO2 for a blood pump. If you don't go stim free Yea you'll have caffeine

Fuck man i wish i seen this b4 i went to the gym, i just got back, and in so bloated it actually hurts now. terrible mistake! anybody want a free tub of NO xplode?

 

Sugar makes my stomach hurt but if i have a sip of caffine i will start to shake. stims dont do well with me haha i naturaly dont have a problem getting pumped to go to the gym or anything so i never bother to take any

 

what flavor?

 

When i was racing bikes i would however take stuff like cytomax or fluid just for the sugary carbs to keep me going a few hours without bonking

I use to be a supp addict, i mean you name it, i had it. now a days i just take a scoop of creatine before workout, and that's it. BCAA if i get a whole buncha samples. i got tons of health supps, like Omega 3, Vitamin D, daily vita, L-lysine, methionine, ZMA, Glucosamine Chondroitin ect ect

when im studying ill drink 3-4-5 cups of coffee
then take a nap

Speaking of getting a pump...I went into gnc the other day, quite recently.

There was myself, and two employees, a white guy and black guy. I was in the market for some carb powder but of course, gnc didn't have anything in stock.

The black dude pipes up, hey you know what I found works really good for a post workout Carb? Watermelon.
I laughed and laughed! And he goes on, it's got that fast acting Carb and it's got water in it. And citrilline too! Helps with getting a massive post workout pump!
