I have my Associate's in Criminal Justice…Are you going for your Bachelor's now? What do you want to do with it? I'm pre-law now and the Criminal Justice stuff I learned definitely helps out.

I've always only done 4 days a week and have gotten great results from it. Now, I've just started doing each muscle twice a week in 4 days. I love it.

Dude, Advocare is the biggest crock of shit out there. They're the AVON/Mary Kay of the supplement world. It's a pyramid scheme. The owner of the gym I work at has been involved with it for years. Basically, you sell it to people and you get a cut of that. Of course, whoever got you involved in it, gets a cut as well…and the people who got them involved, etc, etc. It's a pyramid scheme. Sure, you can make money, but you've got to treat it like a full-time job. Also, you'll be that dick trying to push products on everyone all the time. Lastly, their products are WAAAAAAAAY overpriced…unless, of course, you begin selling the product, at which time you'll start getting a discount. Biggest crock of shit out there. Of course, everyone I've told this never listens and ends up being a bitch for Advocare, making other people rich. You might get a little money from it, but the people above you are getting rich off of it. Classic pyramid scheme. Stay away from it, man.

Just my 2 cents, though. Opinions are like assholes: everyone's got one.

They make a pre-workout called Spark and it's got the punch of a cup of decaf coffee

I've had a long-standing hatred for that company lol. They tried to get my fiancee on board with it and, fortunately, she didn't take the bait. Her sister did and that's all she babels about now. It kills me because the people can't just sell the product to you...they've got to try and get you to sell it, as well. Retards lol.

haha bastard. I usually get a good tan in the summer, but I've been stuck inside studying all summer, so I'm back looking like a pip squeak...I am up to 188 now though. 'Operation 215' is coming along smoothly. I've never weighed that much, but hopefully I'll be there in a few months.

I tried the advocate once. Some family started doing the whole selling thing. The rehydrate stuff tasted pretty good, but otherwise it was shit.

Just went grocery shopping for the week and forgot it's a holiday, so it was packed as hell. I get the exact same stuff every week, so I can get in and out in about 15 mins, but it took longer today. Only spent $70 this week. I usually end up having to go back at least once later in the week b/c I always forget something. They know me by name in there lol

Yeah, I've tried most of their products b/c our gym sells a lot of them, but I'm just not a fan. It's no different than anything else on the market, besides costing twice as much and having to be in the fucking Illuminati to sell it.

Well, for me Advocare might be a small source of extra income. I'm starting grad school and even an extra few hundred buck could really help and other students might be a good clientele. I know it is expensive but the few things I have tried have worked pretty well. And I get the whole "pyramid scheme" but there is no obligation to sell the stuff if you don't want. You can just buy them.
And yes, they have pre workout stuff. Most popular is "Spark". One of you said it has the same kick as a cup of decaf but I thought the stuff was awesome! Woke me up and got me off my butt.
A lot of people seem to like it, a lot of people seem to not like it. To each his or her own!

Spark doesn't do anything for me. It's 120mg of caffeine; my morning coffee has more than that. But like you said, to each his own.
