Off topic but i was out exploring today and found this, was trying to climb up and sit on the gun barrel and take a picture, but i was too fat

This is the zombie apocalypse we are talking about, not grand theft auto. You always run out of ammo at the most inopportune time. Jeez havent you ever seen The Walking Dead

right now i have 13-30 rounders loaded and ready to go.....need to load up the rest and get them ready to go. if there are more zombies than that, then i guess i'll have to use my sidearm

i only got 200 double-ought, and 1000 125gr FMJ 9mm. i dont think i will last very long with those lol

always! I've been trying to stock up on .22, but that's damn-near impossible to find. Before shit hit the fan, we would shoot our .22's every Saturday in the fall and winter all day...now, we just shoot shotguns b/c it's cheaper and you can actually find shells. I've been stocking up on .380, 9mm, and .40 lately

 

Weighed in at 191 this morning. So, in 3 weeks, I've gained 11 lbs I've been eating at around a 750 calorie surplus to get my size and strength back, but I know I've put on some fat, as well, so I'm going down to around a 600 calorie surplus

took my time getting up this morning and got into the gym then went to work arms and abs.. I felt look and my arms are looking good

 

I'm not even mad that I gained a little fat. I was just so ready to get back to feeling strong. Now that I'm there mentally, I can gain about a pound a week for the next 5-6 months and be happy. That'll put me at around 215, which is exactly where I wanna be, so hopefully when I cut next year, I'll be a lean 200, not a lean 180...I felt sooooo fucking small at 180 lol
