Overheads are tough, I'm having a lot of trouble with them right now due to a recovering knee injury. Feeling better though.
I did deads today as well.
Worked slowly up to 355 with 5 or more reps and Knee feels good
Weak on the squats still though.
Does everyone go parallel or past?

I go far enough down to where if a marble were put on my quad at the bottom of the squat, it'd roll towards my dick, not my knee; anything else is cheating

Weighed myself today and I'm sitting pretty at 198.5 lbs, WOOT!!!! I don't remember the last time I was below 200 (probably 2008) and I've officially lost 37 pounds since starting to work out. This thread has been a huge help and motivation for sure, even if I don't post much.

    Good job man!

I was 207 this morning, down 13 lbs since I started the ketogenic diet. I was stuck fluctuating between 215-220 and that was with all my riding and lifting. I'm naturally a big guy but want to be leaner, it would be nice to clearly see my abs, lol.
