Wouldn't doubt it. Love his music but he's an idiot. His band mates though started another band. I can't think of the name but I'll get back to you when I think of it. It's pretty good as well

 I used to be all into that shit a few years ago. Now, all I really listen to is classic rock, but mainly Southern Rock...those are the true badasses. I've always loved classic and Southern Rock, but now I consider myself a connoisseur lol. Skynyrd, ZZ Top, Allman Bros, Rolling Stones, The Doors, etc. Kinda hard to work out to that stuff though, lol

Wovenwar is the name of their new band, or I should say side project for the mean time. Late interviews still state that the band will go back to writing music once Lambesis is out of prison.

When I had a break in service I moved back to Alabama for 10 months and all they had in town was a Planet Fitness, the first day there I sounded the alarms 3 times and was told if I did it again my membership (that I bought that day) would be refunded and I would be told to leave. Sorry, but how am I suppose to quietly drop 100lb dumbells while laying down? Come to think of it, I think I was the only one there who used the dumbells over 60lbs

So....just quietly go from a bench position with 100lb db's to sitting up and stand up and put them down? I didn't mean drop as in slamming them down, I meant it as in lowering them as much as I could and the let them go which meant they would hit the ground from about 3-4" high. I mean, I guess I could have gone with lighter weight and never max out on anything.

Yea, that's what I do, (except I just carry them to the rack instead of putting them on the ground.) Finish my last rep, then do a sit up with them. Just when you come down from that last rep, use the weight to help. Not uncommon. I'd imagine it's safer then trying to slowly lower the weight to the ground since that looks like a shoulder issue waiting to happen. Only other option would be to just let the weights fall like a lot of other people, which is unnecessary, and go bouncing around taking out people's legs.

That's normally what I do. I don't typically drop them cause I'm not loud in the gym. I don't grunt, yell, make weird noises or slam the weights every set. Sometimes I feel like I can do another rep and end up not being able to push it out so I just set them down the best I can but sometimes they end up slamming. I don't do it on purpose though.

Good stuff..my wife is all about classic rock, she can't stand most of what I listen to though I do like and have seen the first 3 on your list there.

The other night I actually lifted to John Cougar's "Uh Huh". My wife actually wanted to hit the treadmill which I've been hoping she would do, so I compromised and put on something we both like.

On our honeymoon in LV 9 yrs ago we had no radio reception going through the desert and stopped at a store in a small town, so I bought that tape and drove about 100 to "Pink Houses" at full blast...mmmm

Skynyrd and the Allman Bros are definitely my 2 favorites. The Allman Bros grew up like 30 mins from my house in Macon, Ga

This might have been posted already, who knows, I thought it was pretty funny though.
