Na, I usually lose .5" on my arms when I cut and I hate it. I guess a cut up 15.5" arm is better than a fat 16" arm though lol

I did my last cut at a 500 calorie deficit and I'm gonna do this one at 300 to see if I can save more muscle

I always drank Silk until I had the almond breeze brand. Now that's all I drink when it comets milk; unsweetened vanilla almond milk

I usually change my workouts every 10-12 weeks...I'll be changing to a new one in about 4 more weeks. But no, I don't change workouts, I just lower the calories via cutting out some carbs. I usually do a little more cardio on cuts, just to burn a few more calories. Cardio to me is either some HIIT for about 15 mins or just jogging a mile. I don't get too extreme with it.

nice, I'm bout to switch things up just scratched my oly program, gained about 30 pounds on my c&j and snatch in 4 months which is good but iv kinda plat-toed and for not being a competitive oly lifter i want to get more bang for my time spent in the gym. 6 more months of 5 days a week with 2hrs sessions to add maybe another 20 pounds isn't worth it for me.

i wana put on some more size (lean mass not bulk) so gona spend the next 12-24 weeks doing something different. considering traditional BB style stuff mixed with short "crossfit" style metcons at the end or just scratch the metcons and do strict BB for awhile, i have a fast matabolism and am lean already so i dont need the cardio but i like feeling fit so it would be hard for me too give it up but id see more size gains by ditching it so not sure what the plan is yet.

here was todays i came up with when i got to the gym: chest and back (note my chest is weak as fuck) and on last set of 12 go till failure

    bench 3x12 @145 (drop set) 60sec rest
    flys 3x12 @25 60sec rest
    incline db press 3x12 @50 60sec rest
    pushups 3xfailure 60sec rest

barbell bent over rows 3x12 (drop set) @155 60sec rest
seated cable pull 3x12 (machine) 60sec rest
lat pull down 3x12 (machine) 60sec rest
    pullups 3xfailure 60sec rest

    3 rounds for time
    10GHD Situps
    20 Ring Rows
    30 Box Jumps 24"
    40 Double Under Jump Ropes

Today was chest and back, but that is an extremely taxing workout and I wasn't feeling it, so I just did arms and shoulders and moved chest and back to Saturday.

concentration curls: 10 sets of 10 w/ 25 lb dumbbells
    dips: 10 sets of 10 @ bodyweight
    shoulder press: 3 sets of 12 @ 140 lbs
bb trap raises: 3 sets of 12 @ 65 lbs

Definitely wasn't feeling it today. And on top of that, I left my pre-workout at home and had to use shitty ass C4. Got it done, though

One in SD? I've always wanted to go and it's not far for me but I'll probably wait for the little one to be older so she can enjoy it too
