Tongue looks like that on both sides. Swollen. Hurts to talk and eat. Lol. Might have cracked a tooth, too. Not sure, but one of my teeth hurts.

Lol. I bet we could fix our curling in the squat rack problem if we deliberately did that to the guys who curl there.

Went to the gym once last week, on Monday. That night my cold came back with a vengeance so I haven't been since until this morning. Got there at 315 and there was me and an older lady on the treadmill upstairs. Maybe the resolutioners gave up already!

Went back to the gym yesterday after spending one week with my fam in FL - sure enough it's packed like every beginning of the year - but it will die down again soon lol

I did it for about 10 weeks like 2 months ago and loved it. It gave me some strength gains, for sure

I would've threw a damn plate at that fool! I saw that pic of your busted lip on FB, too....that shit looked rough lol

Our gym isn't too incredibly packed today, but it is busier than usual. I've been here for 2 hrs and 2 people have already signed up....but both left lol. Why come sign up and then just leave?!

My 3 new year's resolutions are:

    1. quit dipping
    2. bench 405, squat 405, deadlift 495
    3. more cardio

I was vacuuming the mats at the gym this morning and was out of breath. Cardio starts today lol!

I'm just doing it for heart health, though. I've got no desire to run a 5k or anything...I just wanna be able to continue to eat bacon without being able to feel my heartbeat in my eyes

I get enough cardio. 2 story house and a forgetful memory = going up and down stairs at least 10x a day, lol

I know im late to the game here...The cardio thing rings true with me, I need it for work or I wouldn't even make an attempt to run or anything at all. Ive been trying that HIT cardio with the 40 seconds of high intensity and then the 20 seconds of rest for approx 20 mins. Works pretty well without the galloping on the treadmill like a psycho for an hour....

My plan is to jog a mile pre-workout on my 2 lower days and to do an HIIT post-workout on my 2 upper days

daaaamn! Mine's like 120/70 when cutting and around 130/80 when bulking, due to the salty food and multiple cheat meals I encounter on my bulks :D . I'm trying to get my bp down low like yours, year-round.
