Had a female "trainer" compliment me on my arms when I walked out the gym in a "construction guy" like fashion tonight - I feel violated now.

I wear under armor compression shorts + running/basketball shorts and some sort of athletic shirt- nike combat or the like

all bought for cheap at ross or sales.... I don't like loose or "normal" clothes at the gym, just doesnt feel right to me

And I separate normal/gym clothes because I have so few of both, and id fuck my normal shirts in the gym lol

I'm officially that guy with knee sleeves, shoes and a belt though

Shoes are nanos. But i only have 2 pairs and thats cuz there all i wear, there wide toe box fit my hobbit feet perfect unlike nikes. All my boxxers are compression nike pro combats cuz i got 20 pairs of em (got them at cost thru my old job) and all my socks are black nikes. I have like 2 pairs of volcom dress shorts, and 2 pairs of jeans. I hate normal clothes because they dont fit my waist to quad ratio.

I wear gym shorts and either the funny shirts (just bought another shirt from Dom's store...) or UA/Nike shirts, or old shirts I turned into cut offs. I like tighter shirts at the gym. Show off the gainz! no, not really...I just feel like loose shirts get in the way.

I don't use a belt much. I do have wrist wraps (broke my wrist a few years ago and without the wrap or some sort of support, it hurts like a bitch to have a lot of pressure on it) and straps for shrugs.

I skated for about 8 years (13-21) and freestyle bmx a little as well. Ever since I joined the military I drifted away from it all cause I didn't have any one to go out with. Majority of my friends were all in to motocross so I picked up a bike, and then another bike, and then a quad and got really big in to that for about 5 years. Then all my friends got orders and left. After my wife got pregnant I sold off all my toys and now it's just my truck and guns. Once my daughter is older I'll probably pick up another bike and maybe a quad for her if she's interested.

I had a Hoffman pro series about 13 years ago and regret selling it to this day. I may just need to slow my roll though, lol. I'm 30 years and have already broken or fractured almost every bone, multiple surgeries and concussions, rehab, etc. Plus, my work now has a policy that states if you're on any type of limited duty restrictions then you can't work until you're recovered. I barely made the cut for my shoulder surgery otherwise I would have been on leave w/o pay status for the last 3 months.

I love Fridays at the gym - because nobody will be there in the evening...

I remember when I would go at nights and I loved Fridays and Saturdays cause there is never anyone there. Now Friday and Sunday are my off-days. Saturday's aren't too bad as long as I get there before 8 or 9am.

Nice! What was Lynch's 225 combine #? I thought he'd be in the 30's. Dude is huge. I think I give out around 10 :anonymous:
