Depends..I was with my now ex-girlfriend for 6 yrs, starting around that time. She never wanted to grow up and take any control of her life...not that I wasn't part of the problem, I was a drunk in my 20's. But it can happen..

 

You guys are lucky I don't have a pic of me in 2002 at my worst..nearly 300 pounds.

Some of you may have seen my Vegas pics on FB..I was 250 in those..

 

Even when I wasn't working out and was "skinny fat" I was still only at 150 lbs.

147 when I got back in the gym (year and a half ago). 160 now.

 

I probably started out in the 150s at the end of high school and 10 years later my body doesn't like much anything under or over 185. I have been as heavy as 215 but I always seem to cut back down. Besides waddling up to a squat rack, I cant move at that weight. No more bulking.

I am going to get my body fat level in check and then lay out a plan for long term health.

 

Dang Jordan, I want Quads like that...

Nice progress. How tall are you?

200# & 190#. Probably going to drop to close to 180# and then not worry about weight but just focus on keeping body fat % the same, surfing and getting stronger. If I am not flexible or mobile then my surfing really suffers. I can get big and fat later in life.

I agree. That was 6 months ago. The plus side is my body doesnt ache, I am not in the gym 6 days a week, and I can enjoy the things I love here better at this weight.

I will get back there some day.

I think its more combination of lighting plus a pump. Hodgetwins are pretty dumb to be honest i think they'll be too scared to mess with any hormones.

Since im a forever fat fuck and i hate eating less food, my transformation photo has the same weight lol both 275

 

yeah but you could, my face at it's maximal hair follicle growth capability can only muster up a goatee.

 

Nah, I can grow a lovely neck beard or a rockin chin strap.

 

I just get a bunch of scruff..plus I get a shitload of grey in my chin..grr..
