    I had an amazing leg day today. It's only been a few hrs and my legs are already giving out. I did some foot-placement variations on my squats. I pointed my toes outward almost as far as I could and did ATG squats and it KILLED my outer quads #feelsgoodman

    ATG squats: 3 sets of 10 @ 135 (3 secs down, pause, 3 secs up)
    straight-leg deadlifts: 3 sets of 10 @ 135 (3 secs down, pause, 3 secs up)
    leg extensions: 2 sets of 12, 11 @ 45 lbs per leg (3 secs down, pause, 3 secs up)
    lying leg curls: 2 sets of 15, 12 @ 35, 30 lbs per leg(3 secs down, pause, 3 secs up)
    calves
    abs

    This whole '3 secs down, pause, 3 secs up' shit and working the entire sets slower has really been getting me sorer. I did for upper body on Tuesday, too. Instead of just doing the set normally, I do everything super slow and it gives me DOMS like a mother fucker. I have to use lighter than normal weight, but it definitely stresses form over everything and fatigues the hell out of the muscle

    I just went from 6 to midnight.

    Started working out at 5am this week. Super amounts of energy during the first half of the day then crash so hard mid afternoon.

    I'm sort of like that...no matter when I workout or what time I wake up, I get tired around 1-3 pm everyday and then am wide-awake from about 7-11 pm. Some people hate mornings/nights. I hate mid-afternoons lol
