Hit the legs lightly today. 4 sets of 225 @ 5 reps. Then moved to shoulders/back and focused strongly on the rear delts. Gonna hit some hill sprints tonight and shoot the bow. Then in the morning I'll do an easy 7 mile ruck with 45lbs to test out the bag I might buy. I love it when school starts to settle down. All I have is one paper, my last population ecology homework and then finals. Gonna be an easy next 2 weeks...well the training won't be so easy haha.

I've been more strict on my cut this year! I'm coming up on 4 months! Besides, bulking is way more fun

Higher-rep workouts technically don't cut anything...

I do anywhere from 5-15 reps year-round. Variety is key.

Since I do each body part twice a week, I usually do high and low rep days.

Any stimulus that causes your body to want to retain muscle will work on a recomp. High reps, drop sets, and rest/pause sets all work wonders when trying to hold onto muscle while dieting.

    Oh OK. Didn't know that...

I'm new to this whole gym thing. I just do squats and biceps and crossfit. Seems to be working for me.

Had a good workout today despite still being a little sick (sinusitis), my trainer started incorporating boxing into our workouts.
I can't believe how sore my upper body is from the different punches.

I need to get my bag hung, so I can keep my world class Mma skills honed....I've found that Mma mixed with squats and bi's and crossfit is ana-bro-lic as fuck! The hypertrophic muscle growth I've experienced when I used to do this stuff was insane!

Did 10x10 squats today... 205# beltless. Last set I did 225 belted. Ugh that sucked.
