Waist is 33 legs are larger. I don't fuck around with jeans, they never fit right. I go straight to tac pants, get the expanded waist band sized smaller to larger...always fits, not tight, can be warn with and without belt, fits over quads

I'm also part of the beer lover crew. If I didn't drink beer, I could be below 10% body fat. My diet is 100% on point, but on Saturdays, I drink like a fish haha.

    How you do dat?

I've had an extremely unmotivated week. Went to the gym twice this week :anonymous:

Nope. Bar should always be as close as u can keep it. My shoulders arnt over the bar as much in my clean set up, and my butts a tad lower just so i have a more upright torso angle going into the second pull

I am no super vegan or anything but man does anyone else stay away from a lot of animal meat while lifting? Its crazy the difference. I need only about 60% of the protein intake i use to, and I get better results and faster recovery. Its hard to find good sources though and I still have tuna the odd time. Costco sells this bulk pasta made from lentils and it has a crazy high protein value. They also sell cheap plant protein. Just a thought if anyone wanted to test it out for a few weeks. My cardio is also double what it was. Loving it!

Nah, I let some fuzzy creature eat the green things. Then I suck the vegan power from a juicy piece of steak. My dinner looks like this...

Really? You guys must have a massive population or a lack of hunters. I applied for elk and a deer. I am trying to not buy beef or dog food over the year . Deer I think is $40 for one.

I think I read somewhere that only 3% of the U.S. Population hunts, so I'm gonna say it's a combo of less folks hunting and the deer population rising. You used to not be able to kill as many does a few years ago

    Venison FTW, best burgers ever.

Had a terrible cheat meal that turned into a cheat evening, burgers, chips, baked beans, creme soda (almost 2 liters) and a decent amount of triple sec to go with it.
I did better than my trainer though, she just sent me this.
