It could of been a false positive in this instance, but I have heard rumors about this happening, and I know a guy who knows a guy, whose friends friend said it also caused liver failure in his buddy

Finally rejoined a gym after 7 months thinking I would keep in shape doing cardio and body exercises after moving 3 hours north to Redding. Man does it feel good to get back into the weights! Cardio is main for me since I'm really trying to slim up - but boy do you still need those weights to get that feeling!

Cardio after a workout is best for sure. I had the same question until I became friends with a professional body builder from my university - dude is ripped and definitely knows what he is talking about. It seemed kinda reverse to me... but what do I know haha

Any info on what chest exercises target what particular area of the chest?

I'm looking for workouts to target the outer chest and inner chest.

I always felt like flys target the outer chest and close grip bench targets the inner portion. Am I wrong?

The cable cross over and pec flys works the inner chest. Everything else has been outer.

Not really dieters remorse but it didn't sit well with the stomach. A few months of only getting natural fats from fish, chicken, Olive oil, etc then straight into fat packed burger= quality time with the porcelain throne.
