I strongly disagree. I did a GOMAD diet for awhile, no acne, also have been drinking milk since I was a kid, never had an acne problem in puberty.

Also milk contains a lot good nutrients for your body, like calcium for bones and vitamin D.

I have alot more acne after starting to drink more milk.. I use to drink like a gallon a YEAR, now its 4 gallons a week.. Coincidence maybe, but idk. Could be the foods too, although they have only gotten better, ever since I started.

x2 on the dairy causing acne. My dermatologist told me to avoid cow's milk to improve my skin.

Soy is ehh... so I actually get most of my calcium from food such as lentils and dark leafy greens.

4g a week? That is def a lot...I think if you had a glass a day you'd be fine. 4g at how many grams of sugar in a gallon?

Soy can and will cause estrogen related issues...from what I've been told.

But let's just look at animals in our planet, No adult animal continues to drink milk after they are weaned, so far human is the only one. i mean if nothing happen to you that's great, but the staticstic i've seen is enough evidence for me to say cow milk cause hormone issues.

    I hate that argument.

What other animals cook their food? What other animals harvest crops? We are not other animals.

There are people that are sensitive to milk, there are others that are not. If you are sensitive to it then stay away, otherwise it is a good way to get extra calories and nutrients in your system.

see you are thinking of this in a whole another way, people cooking food harvesting crops is a way of evolutionary psychology, Milk is a maternal lactating secretion, a short term nutrient for new-borns. Nothing more, nothing less. different kind of milk is made for different kind of animals, drinking cow milk increase PH in your body thus require more calcium to repair, so the milk you drinking to help bones is destroying bones. 75% of world adult population are lactose intolerant, if you are the 25% thats great for you, but don't think if it's okay for you it's okay for everybody.

This would be a valid point if we drank out of our moms tits as adults. But we don't. We drink milk of an animal who has been used for its dairy for ages. Not just for milk but to make other products. So next time your eating ice cream or cheese keep in mind it's milk from a cow.

Milk is much worse then that, large companies would never let you know though. From accelerating cancer to decreasing your life span, sad to say but milk these days is never a good thing

exactly, we should NOT cook our food. Our bodies are suppose to run off fresh plant based foods. We as humans add to that for taste
