    Thats the healthiest way to live. Sucks to think about but so true. Lots of studies and information on being vegan, and how many health benefits you get from it. So much is hidden by corporations though, and probably a good thing. If people knew the real truth about food and eating these days, the stock market would crash more worse then ever before

    Also things to remember when lifting. Eating true high quality protein like nuts and stuff you will need MUCH less then you normally would on a meat diet to get the same intake. There are plenty of people who are vegan and look like machines out there

    yeah that's really how i look at it, i quit smoking cancer sticks and drinking, so everything i do now even if it's not healthy i look at it as a trade off. honestly milk taste good as shit, im not talking about the milk now, im talking about the milk back in the day when you were kids, bottled in a glass bottle fresh in the morning.

    Ya probably before the milk the cows 30-40 times more then they are supposed to now lol. Props on quitting smoking and drinking. I don't do both either

    yeah got rid of all my smoker and hard drinker friends. once i stopped hanging out with the wrong crowd quitting cames pretty easy.

    Meats have plenty of more macros and BCAA's than any veggie meal....they will do more for you in this sport (competing, weight lifting, etc)

    I plateaued on bench as well, so I went to dumbbells and so far have been seeing gainzzzz. And im adding weighted dips so we'll see if that helps any too.
