I do a really basic workout but i condense alot into those workouts.

    Monday: Chest/forearms
    Tuesday: Back
    Wednesday: Legs
    Thursday: Shoulders/ Abs
    Friday: rest
    Saturday: Biceps
    Sunday: Triceps

Then Monday will be cardio or a rest day and it starts over a day later every week.
I went supplement free and clean for about 3 months while i did P90X and lost way to much weight for my likings. Awesome workout for loosing weight and getting into cardio shape but not for me.

Now im taking a few things and seems to be goin good for the past 2 months.

I take pics to track my progress! The mirror is your best friend with weight gain and weight loss! If you look in the mirror and say damn I'm fat you'll be more tempted to loose weight! If you look in the mirror and you're like wow I like these muscles you'll work out more and be more motivated! Right now Shakira is motivating me!!!

X2 i tend to always take pics for progress too, its motivating to see where you used to be compared to where you are... and if you drop off and gain some weight and you look back at them. Hopefully it will kick you back in the gym

I just diet and use a water loss pill for cutting combined with cardio! Non steriod user here.

I do Russian Twists with 25 lb plate, also air bike (hang from a pull up bar and do the bike motion with the legs), twists on a swiss ball, lay on my back with my knees bent and touch my ankles. Another thing I do is hanging windshield wipers. I hang from a bar with my forearms straight and have high box in front of me and raise my legs from one side over the box to the other side. This very hard and very few sets can be accomplished. Another difficult thing is hang from a bar do a leg raise then spread your legs hold and come back to a leg raise position and hold then go back down. Do a cable cross over wood chop also as a good core work out. After all is said and done do some side planks and normal planks. Serratus exercises are good for the obliques too.

Roommate and I do a circuit every other day.
    Every other workout starts with heavy chest. 6, 4, 2, 1, 1.
5 minutes of one exercise - switch every 10 reps - moderately heavy weight.
1.5 mins of abs in between each set. A run sometime in the middle.
2 exercises per muscle group. Try to keep it different every time with a good pace and play basketball about 3 hours on days off.

    Just some N.O. Explode before...
