used to hate leg days.....now i'm starting to like them (now that i don't feel like puking halfway through anymore)

however, the day after is awful.....feels like someone stabbing me in the ass, hamstrings and quads

Had 3 different people comment today about how much bigger I'm starting to look. Makes me feel better about paying to pick up heavy stuff.

Don't have any on me at the moment. Before pics were on my computer that crashed. Might have them backed up. Not sure. I've only been back at it for a month and a half after not doing anything for 4 years. So, I'm not sure that I'm gettin bigger as much as I'm just toning up. But, hey, if they wanna say that, I'm good with it. I finally broke 150 lbs yesterday. Started at 144 a month ago.

I'm getting to the point where I'm counting calories. I found a great android app call myfitnesspal. Yesterday I got 3567cals of "real" food.

Yea. You can also scan the barcode and it uses the nutritional facts used on the packaging, you just adjust your portion to the serving size.

Yes. You can adjust serving size.

Ueah. I love it. Helps with planning my daily meals. For instance, today I will finish with 3529 because all my meals are already made for the entire day.

Fruit is already in the database. You just choose which size best matches.
