Today sucked my legs were so sore from yesterdays leg day. Been going a lot heavier on deads so my hamstrings hsve been super tight and sore. I think I stretched them out like 4 times today.

Try sleeping with your legs about your heart. It'll keep fresh blood flowing so your not as sore. Your feet will get cold though.

Try the 2-3 finger hook......I don't have a squat rack either and use this technique. You'll have to be quick coming out of it and re-gripping it before going to the ground. If you're serious about training legs heavy at home and don't have a rack look into getting a trap bar! Works the quads more than the deadlift (which it looks like a deadlift) but also works hamstrings, arms, grip and back!

Right now I'm at 4/days a week. Lifting 3 days with a rest day in between, and the 4th day is a plyometric, HIIT workout.

How do guys hit the gym 5 or 6 days a week?

I'm super sore on rest days, and I'm glad I take them because I know I wouldn't get the same intensity during my workout without the rest day in between.

We went up to the high school after the work out and ran some snakes, then thought it would be a good idea to play some ultimate frisbee/throw some football. My "little cardio" almost killed me.

Supplement companies these days use propriatery blends and can get away with putting anything in them.....no testing is required anymore either. It's like buying meth from someone off the streets who has cut it with baking soda and as long as it has SOME meth in it they can sell it as that. Stick to buying in bulk form and make your own.

I buy BCAA, glutamine, creatine and beta alanine in bulk unflavored form and mix with g2 gatorade for workouts......double espresso pre if I need to get amped. Lasts me months and much cheaper. Can adjust amounts based on goals too!

Love Ross Enamait! Been following his stuff for a few years now!
