    I don't think he's mad bro.

Seriously though, some of the stuff you post makes absolutely no sense. Not even a little bit. Like the idea you can't over train anything but the Central Nervous System. Do you even know what the Central Nervous System does?

Tried atlas rows today for the first time, might be a new favorite lift, it's always fun to make a bunch of noise in the gym, haha.

Unless the employees are uptight. I was doing 5x5 deads today with 405 and an employee told me I needed to put the memory foam mats under the weights. Its not like I was dropping the weight from my waist. Just plates clanking.

Ironically, the short chubby one at my gym is the only one who has said anything to me. Just told me to use the rubber weights.

Yea, I've had the same thing. Short fat chick asking me not to slam the weights while doing DLs. I wasn't slamming, but like Zac said, it's impossible to quietly set down a bar when there are 3 plates beside each other.

My gym is a mom-pop type place, so unfortunately no bumper plates.

    The spartan sprint killed me....

Even though I had my running up to sub 6 min miles and sub 13min two miles I got raped

Signed up for the super spartan next year so I'm gonna try getting deeper into cross fit

Mainly because watching the games gets me pumped. Haha

locally owned place, I guess i would consider it a health club, has treadmills, 2 lifting areas, a classroom with a stage, spinning area, pool/hot tub/sauna... Playground and child care.... Come to think of it, it's a pretty badass facility.

So the trainer can be on stage and show you how you are deadlifting wrong, haha. Doubles as an area the local physique pros can practice their routine.

Sounds pretty cool. Where I work is locally owned too. The owner is a power lifter though, so it's about 70% lifting stuff and the rest is for cardio, classes, etc. Working at a gym truly makes me happy I'm in college. I couldn't clean up after folks for a living lol

It's really nice to come in here after a few days and read a few pages worth of of y'all's work outs.

I've been slacking in the working out since mid May and its no fun. Being on the road a lot hasn't helped either.

Time to get serious again!

My belly is getting soft. :pout:

No real access to a gym these past few months has sucked a$$!

Go for it. don't know how it's gonna work, but just figured I'd switch stuff up for a while. Experimenting a little to see what my body reacts to best.

Solid looking workout, man. My only questions are 1. Why no calve workouts? and 2. How come you've got 4 bicep workouts and only 3 triceps workouts? Triceps make up 60% of the arm and need to be wore the f*ck out. Great workout, though man.

I usually throw in calves with leg press and squats. Didn't mention that. My bad

I'll have at least 4 exercises for tris. Just still tryin to figure out what I want to do. Either over head cable extensions or reverse grip incline pull downs...if that makes sense. What they're actually called is slipping my mind right now.
