Haha, that's what I figured. Don't mean to be a dick.

7 min is still good. I havn't ran that time since HS. My best when I was a freshman was 6:17. I'm not really training for it, but am probably about 8.5-9 min mile now.

I think that's why I didnt like it... puts too much strain on the anterior delt, which just could've been too much weight... who knows haha

I saw a girl laying in the smith machine using it for leg press the other day, caught me off guard and could NOT stop laughing. Just straight crotch, right in my field of view.

seen dudes do this at my gym. what's the benefit over leg press? seems like this would be less effective than a regular squat

Gonna side with quantum. NB are awesome. I have a wide foot, and they fit perfect. I wear no socks. Only issue I'll have is if I take too much time off from running sprints, my feet will be a little sensitive the next day.

They have two types, a trail version and a street version. I recommend the trail ones bc they are tougher. I use them on tracks all the time without issue, and can also take them hiking. Hell, I wear them in the water too. No issue ever.

Hammy's son! The wonder bra for the butt.

Pushing bar instead of pushing a flat plate=more balance muscles come into play.

Sean can explain a lot better than I, he does them more.

Did any of y'all see my bench video I put up a few pages back? My friend and I just made a $100 to whoever gets to benching 315 first. He's the guy who works out 3 months before beach season and then stops for the rest of the year. He's about 6'1'', 250, so he's naturally a bigger guy, but he's only benching 225 right now. I'm @ 5'11'', 205, benching 285, so I think I'm gonna stomp his ass lol.

    still fast as fuq

no kidding...maybe we're just haters lol

^this...I do my cardio walking to my truck after I workout

I supplement my own way, not according to this. Trying to clean diet but not quite how that is set up as I can't be that regimented with work and such.

That's fine, you'll see results without the supps

    It works.
