Damn. I have 2 a day. 100g of my daily protein intake comes from shakes! I know that's high, but I'm on the go a lot with school and can't eat every 2 hrs, so I throw in 2 50g shakes. I guess I could try soy or some shit, but that just sounds disgusting!

I do 2 a day most days. Mostly for the sake of time. It's just so damned convenient!

Damn! I wish I could be on a weight gaining phase!! Every time I get on one it's because I just had a cheat meal!

Right now I use BSN Syntha-6. I love the stuff, it's freakin delicious. Other than that, all I use is creatine and a multivitamin. I don't use any pre-workout or anything.

Same here. I don't take a multi though. Creatine and protein and that's it. I have a tub of MP Assault, but I use it about once a month if I'm really dragging ass.

The problem I have with Pre-workouts is after I get done, I need a damn nap and if I get accustomed to them, it's impossible to workout without taking it. I'd rather just run on natural energy. It's not like they made me any stronger...just wired

When I was doing more of a "bodybuilding" routine, I loved it. But with CrossFit, there's just no way.

This is one from working on Power Cleans a few weeks ago. I don't really have any progress pics. I came from being really overweight, so I am forever doomed to not look good without a shirt.

I wish my arms would grow like that. Mine WILL NOT grow. I'm naturally skinny though. Genetics are a bitch...

Seems that way. I wish I was naturally more trim, and you wish you were naturally thicker! Ah well, that's why we work out though, right? You have to work for what you want.

    Yikes.

I've done both my ACL's now. First time was soccer in high school, and second time was a few months back playin basketball. Tore my meniscus the second time, also.

Might not be playin sports competitively anymore. Medical bills & time to recover are not worth it again...
