I'd just wear a vest packed with snacks. Every 100 ft. Snack time.

I already wear a 25# harness with safety gear on it haha. I eat right before I climb and when I get up there and unload the tools and stuff I usually eat again, but it's mainly all snacks... I gotta just pack some fucking chicken with rice

Don't know but going to keep trying.

I've been on night shift this month and got f*ckin lazy:

    Bench 225
    Squat 240
    Dead 350 :)

I can barely bench 225... as in 1RM. That's nothing to be ashamed of IMO

Thanks. The squat pisses me off, I can hack squat and leg press over double that. I figured it would be higher but haven't done them in over a month.

you probably have the muscle to do that, but your central nervous system is not ready, when you see power lifters that's kinda small, but they squat over 600, their CNS control and endurance is on another level.

I haven't laid on a flat bench and tried to bench in nearly 2 months now. Everything has been DB work. I will flat bench next week though so we shall see where I am. I am now doing 85lb dumbells 8-10 times depending on the day (after incline DB and incline fly) and my body weight is up about 6 lbs since then so I would hope I can do more than 225 1RM.

I think it's partially a mental block thinking I'm going to hurt myself since I have hardware in my hip.

I could only do 75lbs the other day for 6 rep until my weaker (left) arm gave out. I think you could prob hit 235 bb if you can do that much db.

Combine the cube with carb nite solution or carb back loading. Amazing changes will occur.

Been having elbow issues for the past few weeks. Finally back into taking fish oil... Pain has all but gone away already! I have been a fan of fish oil for the past couple years, but I definitely confirmed again that it works after a hiatus. Love the stuff

The cube is a training cycle/ method. Carb nite is a version of a ketogenic diet.

It's really not too bad. I did it strict for a month and dropped almost 12 pounds but retained all my strength. To this day I'm leaner and stronger and I do a mild version of it. Total body recomp. Resets hormonal levels and made me feel great.

In the past 2 years, I've gained 50lbs. Was tough, but did it...

I would like to thank TacoBell, McDonalds, BurgerKing, and any others out there that I forgot to mention...

    :(
