It may. I've never really gone past 50g a day. You'd have to play with it.

X2 on the fish oil. Get a quality one, not necessarily an expensive one. F3 Nutrition makes a great product.

Gonna try to max this week. Hopin for 285 on bench. No clue on squats or deads. Haven't maxed on them in forever.

If you train often, I'd look more into the carb backloading then carb night.
I think Keifer calls for around 30grams of carbs prior to backloading after a workout. It's more for someone who works out in the PM.

I kind of resemble carb backloading with how I eat. High fat/protein on non training days. Same throughout the day on training days, then kills carbs post workout. As JR said, it works. Or you can eat chicken and rice all day and feel like shit. Your call. :D

Had glorious cheat day yesterday. We had a football party and watched UGA squeeze out a last minute win AND BAMA lost...what a day...anyway, someone brought a platter of Chick Fil A chicken nuggets and I'm pretty sure I ate at least 30 of them. Protein for dayzzzz! I'm also pretty sure I drank my weight in whisky.

Yea, it's all over the interweb.

I think he goes into a lot of detail in his books. So, for $77, it's much cheaper then paying some dude who took a class to tell you what to eat.

Just read a little of the book, so pretty much 10 days of low carbs then its 30g or less on non training lifting days, and carb load all carbs post workout on lifting days which for me would be 180g carbs(220g protein and 45g fats).

You're going to have a hard time on a keto diet with only 45g of fat a day.
You have to get that whole stupid idea that fat makes you fat out of your head.

If not, you will have zero energy, and feel like pure crap.

This. I eat maybe half a pound of bacon a day. Plus a lot of fatty nuts, oils, and other good fats.

    Diced...eh
    Lean...yes

It takes some playing with. And like speedojosh said look into back loading. Keifer actually recommends back loading and then carb loading. Mark bell has a few videos on both. This is the diet he used to get lean.
