    get those simple carbs in you.. I think a S potato wouldnt be ideal (its a healthy choice though)

    go simple carb for sure after working out w/some sugar... shake w/honey .. poptart... a pack of gummy bears (my favorite) a pixie stick... a full blown meal... anything in moderation

    go to your local pharmacy get some primatene tablets (ephedrine) take 1 pill in the morning with a 5 hour energy shot, and start running. rehydrate with coconut water (semi laxative). this should get enough water and glycogen outta you, for at least 10 pounds. the rest of the day just drink distilled water. i will warn you this is not safe by any means but it will get your weight down fast.

    I have sold Primatene to a guy who works out at my gym and he was talking about taking them before working out. Never have tried it myself though :shrug:

    To an extent. Not eating will cause your body to into "survival mode", and your body will try to maintain the most fat it can, but I guarantee if you don't eat for two days, you will lose weight.
