    haha nice man well here is my weekly workout:

    Monday: chest, triceps
    Tuesday: hamstrings, calves, and quick abs
    Wednesday: shoulders, traps and abs
    Thursday: off
    Friday: Back, biceps, calves and abs

    Same workout as mine, but in different days and minus the abs. Squats pull-ups are my ab workout

    you seem to be missing quads? or do you not wanna do them? haha which is valid because I know people who rarely work legs because, well, there legs are perfect hahaha

    Same here. I get usually do different exercises for each muscle group each week, but I change what body parts I work together every 2-3 months.

    God, I wish I had that problem

    whoops forgot to add that to the list, yeah i do that every leg day. I do leg press and leg extensions for quads. sometimes do front squats

    8-10 weeks? Im not trying to be a dick BUUUT you should switch things up 3-4 weeks... youll see better results and really get that muscle confusion going!

    me too ... good thing is Men's Physique isnt graded on legs... but I still work them because legs, are sexy haha

    Yea, it's so easy once you find coconut milk. Lots of people can't stomach it as it's pretty thick due to high fat content. Usually only a problem with people who aren't on a keto type diet though, as they aren't used to consuming something such a high ratio of fat.

    I have a shelf in the fridge of go-to fat additives. Eggs, bacon, coconut milk. Avocados when in season are also one of my favorite.

    I can't wait to try it. Here's today's meal plan:

    9:00 - 6 pieces of bacon, green beans
    11:00 - 6 eggs
    1:00 - 25g ON whey with 2 tbs. olive oil
    3:00 - 2 chicken breasts cooked in olive oil, green beans, 2 tbs. olive oil
    5:00 - 50g ON whey with 2 tbs. olive oil
    7:00 - 3 cheese sticks, an avocado, and about half a bag of pepperoni

    I know the olive oil is still overkill, but I haven't had a chance to fry up any ground beef or get any of that coconut milk yet

    It came out right at 195p/210f/20c
