Didnt go to the gym today. decided instead to do the Deck of Cards workout. Basically it is every suit has an assigned exercise and you do the number that is on that card with jacks being 11, queens 12, kings 13, and Ace 14. Decided to do pull ups, pushups, squats, and lunges. completion time was 19:40. Followed by a quick ab workout and im pretty beat. Great workout if you are on the road or somethin. I think next time Im going to do two decks of cards but the first cycle will be the one i did tonight and the second cycle will focus on core and legs

Yeah, and traps inbetween to keep the heart rate up.
20 min cardio, heart rate at 150 or above
    squats 3 sets of 215 @ 10 reps :woot:
    Calve rasiers 4 plates 3 @ 10
    Extensions 3 sets of 130 @ 12
    Squat machine 275 3 @ 12
    Ab bench, full decline, 3 @ 15

Fucking these merrels make me feel the leg workouts more, shit is burning, need protein!
