Sometimes at the end of the week, if I know I'm going to do a recarb that weekend, I do a complete body workout, doing like 2 sets of 10 for each muscle.

But that Bizzy workout I tried was like that. It had upper and lower days...I wasn't a fan

I like Jim Beam, as well. Jack is expensive as fuck, though. If I'm feeling really fancy, I go for either Jameson or Maker's Mark.

Sometimes, if I want to focus the pain on a different group so I can hit the main group harder. Dont ask me why it works, my bodies weird. When I do curls I can never feel my biceps curling even though they get swole, but my forearms are pumped as fuck. Same thing with chest, even with a super wide grip.

Haha keto's been working, man! I'm down 15 lbs in a month and my strength and size is still up.

All that shit in the pic is just pure carbs pretty much. Fri afternoon - Sat. night is my carb up, where I bumrush my body with carbs (simple at first, then complex towards the last 8-10 hrs of the carb load) that provides the body with enough glycogen stores for the workouts the next week, so your body will have fuel for dem gainz. You pretty much rid your body of all carbs during the week, so it will fuel itself off fat and use stored glycogen from carbs as the fuel for workouts. Sounds like broscience, but it works, man!

What about all the sugar in the cokes ? It makes sence and obviously is working. It just seems funny cause most people say soda is one of the worst things for you lol

From everything I've read, since my body is so depleted of glycogen and carbs, the sugar from the simple carbs just rushes straight to the glycogen stores. If my glycogen stores were already full, then the sugar would be stored as fat, but since they're empty, any carb you put into your body during the first 15-20 hrs is just used as stored glycogen, so you kind of get to cheat, as long as it's low in fat. After 15-20 hrs or so, when glycogen stores start becoming more full, you have to start eating complex carbs to make sure any excess carbs will be sugar-free.

I'm always down to try new shit, and I always start out skeptical, but 2 that have definitely worked for me are last year's intermittent fasting and this year's cyclical keto dieting. So far, I'd have to say keto is the easiest and best cut I've ever done; I've still got a few months to go, though
