No just a street possible autocross car we will see what kind of power it has when im done. I have had so many people ask me if im going to rally it. Subaru is imprinted in peoples minds as a rally car lol the dirt is what my truck is for.

I've dropped 10 lbs in the past month and I got 15 more to go! Then I'll get pretty serious with weights at the gym...I'm just afraid if I get into weights hard prior to losing the weight, I'll just look bulky without slimming down..Treating myself to some gooooood beer tonight!

Have you not been listening?!!?!?!?! :p :D

Unless you load on the food on top of lifting super heavy for a looong time you won't get bulky

Sounds like you're getting on your goal though, good luck

I usually get three plates. How is grilled fish and spinach dirty bulking?! That has to be healthier than that fried chicken you posted!

I associate Subaru's with rallying, drifting, hipsters and lesbians :D

Thought you'd like that. If I wasn't a lazy piece of shit, I'd train hard enough to be able to eat like that year round

:confused::confused: have you learned nothing?! weights do not equal bulk.

Fry the fish and eat about 6 more pieces and switch your spinach for mac n cheese and you'll be dirty bulking. If you wanna gain muscle fast, dirty bulking is the way to go. Is it the most healthy option? No, but it is the fastest LEGAL way to gain muscle fast. Once you get where you wanna be, then cut. Or clean bulk, but it's gonna take 4 times as long.

The second and third plates is where all the fried fish came in :D

I guess I'll be dirty building this summer.

There ya go lol! Fair warning: on a dirty bulk, you are gonna gain some fat, but don't worry, as a fellow ectomorph, it won't be a lot and it will come off super fast when you start cutting down to get lean after you put on all that muscle.

I guess you could say I "dirty bulked" the first semester of college (currently in 2nd semester) Got bigger, mixed muscle and fat. When tests came around I kept eating and couldn't work out as much so I temporarily had some fat but yes, it comes right off.

This summer I plan on doing that again except with a lot more consistency.

Don't rely on the scale. Rely on the mirror. If you go ahead and start lifting, your "weight loss" will probably slow down some, yes, but your body will be tighter and more toned.

Yeah, gym life and college life don't mix well, but it's doable. I graduate in Dec and can't freaking wait!

3% bodyfat?! Hot damn! I love IF, but can't really do it right now. So you only do carbs around workout times? Isn't that some sort of TKD or something? Do you do refeeds? CKD can kiss my ass...no energy, but it did work!
