I don't get to get my first workout for the week until tomorrow. Fuckin finals. Sitting here at the gym, studying my ass away while my arms are shrinking. I seriously feel like I'm losing gains if I go longer than 3 days without lifting. Some psychological bullshit

 

Doesn't work out for 3 days loses gains, doesn't have enough motivation to work out more than 3 days a week.

hah I know I can do 4 days a week, but I just HATE coming in here on my off days because folks are always bothering me to make a shake or look some shit up about their membership or something like that; it's a pain in the ass. I'm allowed to workout while on the clock and I work 3 days a week, so I try to get everything in on those 3 days; it's the same intensity as when I do 4 days, they just run a little longer.
