Didnt think coming up with a meal plan would be so complicated..

I work in food and I can barely think of 3 dinners let alone 4 meals a day for 6 days..

x2. Got more pump and not all that tingly beta alinine bullshit.

    You'd like that, wouldn't you?

The hard part is hitting your macros without going over them by getting the perfect balance of protein, carbs, and fat. It takes some trial and error, but it's not impossible. I have my current cutting diet posted a few pages back.

    EDIT: here it is:

I know it's repetitive, but usually, if I can follow it without cheating for 5-6 days, I have a easier, relaxed weekend that usually involves greasy food and alcohol lol

Did some chestnbi's and calves today. All dumbbells

    flat bench: 4 sets of 10, 8, 8, 8 w/ 70, 80, 85, 90 lb. dumbbells
    incline bench: 4 sets of 10, 10, 10, 10 w/ 60, 65, 70, 75 lb. dumbbells
    incline fly's: 4 sets of 10, 10, 10, 10 w/ 45 lb. dumbbells
pully machine down fly's: 4 sets of 10 set at 80 lbs. each side
    preacher curls: 3 sets of 10 @ 80 lbs.
incline dumbbell curls: 3 slowwwwwww sets of 10 w/ 20 lb. dumbbells
pully machine flat bar curl: drop sets to max, starting at 100 lbs
seated calve raises: 5 sets of 20 @ 140 lbs.
leg press calve raises: 6 sets of 15 @ 310 lbs.

Do y'all move your feet around on calve exercises? I try to do sets with my feet spread apart, shoulder width, together and also do some with my toes facing inward and outward. Anyone else do this?

I've never changed foot position on squats, but I do on all other leg stuff. I'm scared I'd fall over lol

And they have a spotter. Seriously, what the hell is he going to do?

They also don't have any obvious crossfit logos on their clothes. That's a sin.
