if you're just starting out, you may want to look into mark rippetoe's starting strength. bodypart splits (different part for different day) work well if you have a good base to work with but if you're starting out i'd go with an existing routine like starting strength or a good 5x5 routine

my routine...

chest/tri's
back/bi's
rest
legs/shoulders
rest
repeat

-weight/muscle gain

-Mon: heavy chest, light tri bi and core workout
Wed: heavy shoulders, heavy back, and light core workout
Fri: heavy tri and bi workout, heavy core, cardio

-whey protein and tons of eating (15lbs muscle gains in past month and a half. protein and eating right works.) i've tried a few other supplements, but they all mess with your body too much, aren't natural, and are not good for you. so keep it natural.

- if you are trying to lose weight, i assume, don't go for a heavy lifting workout. you will need to start out with a lighter weight lifting and heavier cardio based workout. going to the gym and maxing out on every lift or only doing a few reps on a heavy weight will not melt the weight off. so many people do that and wonder why they never lose weight. with a main focus of cardio, you will lose the weight quicker and keep it off as long as you are doing it. so do plenty of running. lighter weight for many reps will also be good (light weight at sets of 20 or pushups at a faster, but steady pace). that will also help with burning the excess weight off too. once you have done that routine for a while and are happy with where you are, then you can build up to a heavier lifting workout to gain more muscle.

t-bomb II. I used it during cutting. It just really freaks out your testosterone. 400% testosterone production increase! I was pretty moody when I was on it. Like seriously had a little "roid rage" lol, so I was easily agitated all the time! Acne was a big side effect. My heart beat always seemed funny right after taking it; it was rapid and pounded. I also got headaches very frequently, several times a day. There was sleep loss like insomnia. I also had a lightheaded feeling often. Other reviews posted hair loss. I just didn't feel "right" when I was taking it. I could tell that it was kind of messing with me.

I only took one phase. It didn't really do much for me. I did get more cut and toned. No mass or strength gains really. The "cutting" wasn't much more than if I hadn't been using it. It did seem to give me a little more endurance, as well as in the bed, lol. I had freaking rock solid boners at random, haha. I felt like i was in middle school again. My beard also seemed to be coming in quicker and more thick. I guess those are just side effects of the 4x testosterone production. I wouldn't take it again. The side effects weighed out the actual effects. Since, I have stayed natural. Nothing but protein, creatine, and tons of food and water for me.

dont take what i said the wrong way, your deff fit, not bad for 19, you have good lean muscle, add some mass and youll look pretty beast, maybe do a good 3 or 4 day split so you can give your body more time to recover
