    Yeah, the price is steep, about $4 per shake, but when using it as a meal replacement it isn't terrible I guess. Anyone know of an alternative that provides the same benefits for less cost?

    It's hard to get honest opinions because many of the review websites are Beachbody/Shakeology sites in disguise.

    Always get your nutritional needs from real whole foods. Only use shakes (no matter who makes them) as a last resort.

    this shit is amazing! I am convinced! Seriously..... for me I go all day long without eating (most days) then at night I eat too much. So one of these shakes in the morning should work out awesome!

    Started the shakes today! I get it for $80 a bag....

    Don't know why Beachbody can get away with charging $100+ for everything they sell????

    Whole food vitamin and a protein powder will do the job too for half the price! When in doubt whole foods win everytime but these are good for on the go.....as long as you have a blender and some ice?

    You could also try beef jerky and nuts for a great on the go protein packed meal!
